Wasn't really feelin it this morning. I guess I was still tired from a long day yesterday...I might have to make note of this. (trying to do a long morning run AFTER a workout the previous night). I got a solid 35 mins into the run, then stopped to walk for a second because I felt I was pushing it too hard. I never really got back on track after that. Ended up walk/run the rest of the way. No biggie. Its better than nothing.
