First day of tri class. Love doing 50 time trials. Had my best time so far (29 seconds). Happy with that. LOST 4.4 lbs this week, this morning was weigh in for Biggest Loser.
SWIM- 300wu, 50TT (29secs), 4x50, then (3) broken 250's (1 100, 2x50, 2x25), 4x50, 200 cd
BIKE- (home, on trainer), 1:45:00, 41.89 miles, 122bpm, 168 watts, 97 cadence...all while watching the greatest movie of all time...Pulp Fiction.
