Rest day. weighed in today at 237, (-11) from where I started. This is what my week looks like.

MONDAY- REST

WEDNESDAY- BIKE :30 (z2) to RUN :15 (z2)
THURSDAY- SWIM; BIKE :45 (z1, 100+rpm)
FRIDAY- RUN 1:00 (z2)
SATURDAY- BIKE 1:45 (z2)
SUNDAY- RUN 1:00 (z2)
