another kinda crappy workout.  was TIRED.  worked almost 12 hours today.  Came home and got on treadmill.  Uninspired run/walk for 45:00.
Positive note:  Tomorrow is the first Tri Class for the spring semester.  Looking forward to getting back with the group.
run/walk. 45:00.  HR too low worry about.  Maybe I burned 500 cals if i'm lucky.  no biggie.
