Well, the first 10 weeks is over. Time to move on to the "BUILD PHASE".
Woke up today, and weighed in at 218, which is (-30) from where I was on day 1. Amazing. I knew I could lose a few pounds if I tried, but I never thought I'd be able to drop 30 in a little over 2 months.
Here is what I have in store for this week:
TUESDAY- SWIM, RUN 1:00 (z2, @ :10, insert 5x1 min Pick UP/ 1 min jog)
WEDNESDAY- BIKE :45 (z2) w/ transition to RUN :15 (z2)
THURSDAY- SWIM, BIKE 1:00 (z2, at :15, insert 5x1 min PU/1 min spin)
FRIDAY- RUN 1:00 (z2, @ :45, insert 5x1 min PU/1 min jog)
SATURDAY- SWIM, BIKE 2:30 (z2)
SUNDAY- RUN 1:15 (z1 to z2)
