day 95

Part 1- BIKE- (6am), 1:00:02, 22.98 miles, 126watts, 101bpm. Took it easy. Legs are tired. Watched the Hincapie Documentary ( A Ride With George) while on trainer. Very cool DVD, worth checking out. Big thanks to BR for sending that to me for my Birthday.
