THURSDAY- SWIM, BIKE 1:00 (z2)
FRIDAY- SWIM, RUN 1:00 (z2)
SATURDAY- BIKE 4:00 (z2)
SUNDAY- RUN 1:30 (z1 to z2)
*Will most likely flip flop Saturday and Sunday, since I have to work this Saturday.
